We help international TIME companies (Telecommunications Internet, Media and Entertainment) to roll out operations in Latin America

As your trusted overseas partner we feel responsible for the entire local life cycle management of your digital or e-commerce products but can also offer single parts from our wide range for services in Latin America. Internationalization and localization are our core competencies.

At Patagonia Advisors we can take multiple roles such as Advisors, Interim Managers, Co-Entrepreneurs or Matchmakers:

Advisor
We offer advice and experience in key areas such as strategy, internationalization, financing, cost-cutting, sales and marketing.

Interim Manager
We are an entrepreneurial company founded by entrepreneurs. We like to go in and take an operational responsibility as e.g. general manager for the establishment of a foreign office or the turn around of a local office or as project manager for a specific project.

Co-Entrepreneurs
Our passion and our background are in building companies in Latin America, therefore we look for opportunities where we can become business partners and co-entrepreneurs.

Match Maker
We offer access to potential clients, distributors, strategic partners, financers and other business critical relations.

Our Remuneration
Our consulting fees are based on case-by-case basis and could include: a fixed and low retainer and/or a cash component and/or a bonus (commissions, shares, options, etc). Sometimes, through Patagonia Capital Partners or Patagonia Labs, we fund or incubate the Latin American operations.
Whether just testing the waters or going ashore with full force - we consider ourselves your dedicated outpost to successfully gain a foothold in the rapidly changing Latin American online markets.
